Data Deletion
Last updated: 16 June 2026.
This page explains how to request deletion of the personal data Zyda holds about you, including any data obtained through our Facebook/Meta integration (the Facebook Business Extension and the Meta Conversions API).
How to Request Deletion
Email support@zyda.com from the email address associated with your account, using the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” Include enough detail for us to identify your account (for example, your business name and registered email or phone number). We will verify your identity and delete the requested personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain records by law.
Facebook/Meta Data
If your data was shared with Meta through the Facebook Business Extension, you can disconnect the integration at any time from your Zyda dashboard, which stops any further data sharing with Meta. To remove data already sent to Meta, submit the deletion request above and we will process the removal on your behalf where applicable.
